This set contains two very different expressions of English honey, harvested from our own apiaries in Hampshire.
Hampshire Honey
A light, floral honey made from lime, borage, and British mint, gathered on an organic farm near Oakley. Fresh, balanced, and gently aromatic.
Wessex Honey
A darker, richer honey from our Basingstoke apiary, drawn mainly from plum, apple, blackcurrant, and other fruit blossom. Deep, fruity, and full-bodied.
Both jars are 100% English honey.
No imports. No blended origins.
