Frequently asked questions
When do I actually start paying?
Once your shop has made its first sale. We'll email you, and you'll have 14 days to add your card. If you never sell anything, your free period simply runs to its end date.
Does a cash sale count?
Yes. Every order recorded in your shop counts — card, cash on collection, card reader, scan-to-pay or a manually recorded payment. It's the sale that counts, not how the money moved.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply immediately.
What payment methods are supported?
Secure card payments are processed through Stripe checkout.
Are there any promotional offers?
Starting free until your first sale is the standing offer — you don't need a code for it. We also run occasional discount codes that reduce your plan price once it does become payable. Look out for them on our social media or at beekeeping events. Plans start from just £1.99/month.
Can I get onboarding help?
Pro and Enterprise include email support. Enterprise adds telephone support.
