When do I actually start paying?
Only when you decide to sell. Your listing is free for as long as you like; the day you pick a plan your card is charged and everything unlocks.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your billing page. You keep selling to the end of the period you've paid for and are never charged again. Your listing stays; your products are kept and hidden until you subscribe again.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply immediately.
What payment methods are supported?
Secure card payments are processed through Stripe checkout.
Are there any promotional offers?
Listing is free, so there is no trial to need. We run occasional discount codes that reduce your plan price -- look out for them on our social media or at beekeeping events.
Can I get onboarding help?
Pro and Enterprise include email support. Enterprise adds telephone support.
